If you look carefully, you'll notice the lip around the opening is now cut off. It's time to take things apart from the inside.

Now comes the important step. Put the blade into the bottle (holding onto that safe handle) and start cutting up on the rubber stopper inside.

Cut until you hit the top, and make sure you've cut all the way through. If you've done this properly, then your razor will just stick out there, like so.
